Remarks & Reminders

Special Thanks

We are extremely grateful and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Eckstein Family for their very generous donation of $10,000 which matched the $10,000 raised at the auction for the purchase of a new van for our student field trips! Their generosity is tremendously appreciated.

Picture Re-Take

Picture re-take proofs were sent home with those students who took pictures on re-take day.  If you are interested in ordering your child's photo, please follow the instruction on the form to place your online order or send the form back along with payment to the front office no later than Monday, November 26th.

Winter Program

The lower elementary students are working hard on their holiday program, Melton TheWarm Hearted Snowman.  The adorable show will be presented on Thursday, December 13th at 7pm.  We are asking that all students arrive to school no later than 6:30pm to get ready for the performance.  All costumes are provided by the school.  The students all know what roles they play and what they need to wear. We are asking preschool students to wear their EINSTEIN PURPLE sweatshirt along with the bottoms of their choice; they should also wear SNOW BOOTS, since they are supposed to be children playing in the snow.  If you have any questions be sure to ask Mrs. Ilani, the drama teacher.

Dickens in Dundee

Come out and enjoy the winter holiday festival at Dickens in Dundee on Friday, November 30th.  Listen to the Einstein Choir as they perform at 6:00pm, in front of Complete Bridal (12 E. Main Street, East Dundee), located adjacent to Van's Frozen Custard.  You can also stop by Grafelman Park and see the Einstein tree decorated by our very own 6th grade class!

Square Art

There is still an opportunity to order your child's unique and beautiful artwork through Square Art.  If you would like to order keepsakes or order more keepsakes - for special occasion holidays or as gifts for those hard-to-buy-family members - simply go to square1art.com/shop, enter the art access code from your catalog, and select the art and item wanted.  Einstein will receive a small percentage of the sales!

Extra-Curricular

The Winter/Spring Extra-Curricular Packets will be sent out during the week of November 26th.  Please be sure to read and review to choose the classes that your child will participate in after winter break.  After school classes will begin the week of January 14th and will run until the week of May 20th.  This Winter/Spring session is longer than fall; therefore, the cost will reflect the additional classes.  The registration forms are due no later than Friday, December 21st.  Turning in your forms prior to winter break will also allow you to coordinate your aftercare schedule.  Before/Aftercare forms will be sent home the week of December 10th.
